Membership:

You may participate in our “island director Membership” by subscribing to pay monthly or annual membership fees for unlimited access to "Community Membership or “Membership modules.” Membership Modules are online classes that are offered as part of a Basic or Premium Membership at island director.
Membership Fees:

IDC collects all fees. No refunds are offered for Membership fees or any other fees collected by the Service. Fees for Membership or any other portion of the Service may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation of Membership:

You may cancel your island director Premium or Basic Membership at any time for any or no reason. To cancel your recurring subscription, please visit your payment settings within your island director account profile. If you have canceled your island director Membership, you will lose access to all Premium features and Membership modules you enrolled into during your island director Membership at the end of your billing period. If you choose to sign back up as a paying member, your billing date will reset to the day you paid.
Terms of Buying:

When you buy an island director digital asset you’re doing so on the following terms: you cannot cancel a completed purchase of an item; we do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available in the future so you should download and save the item as soon as you buy it; your relevant details may be provided to the author of the item in order to facilitate the transaction, for example for invoicing and item support services;
Price Changes:

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service, or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion, except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you.
No Refunds:

Payments are nonrefundable and there is no refund or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have the benefits of your island director Membership through the end of your current billing period.
Digital Refund Policy:

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital or download-able goods delivered via Internet download we offer no refunds. Please ensure you have read all documentation carefully prior to purchase or inquiry. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
